The Great Menopause Myth

Image
Greetings ladies,      I picked up Kristin Johnson & Maria Claps book “The Great Menopause Myth” at the library. The book has a wealth of information, statistics, history, science, myths, and helpful suggestions on how to manage our symptoms, keep our sanity and remain healthy from natural menopause to postmenopausal. 😊      “ DID YOU KNOW THAT ONLY 54 PERCENT of women can correctly define menopause? Why and how can a topic so quintessentially female not even be understood by the very group for whom it is solely reserved? The answer lies in the many myths around menopause” (Johnson et al.). 😞                                                 Click the link below to meet t he authors on Dr. Louise Newson podcast   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zNxgynCP1Xk Works Cited.
