Hello all! Greetings and welcome to my blog, where I will be discussing menopause and its side effects, this is an issue that is important to me. I want to discuss the side effects of menopause, and how it affects your mental health. When I first started having difficulties sleeping, I had no idea it was related to menopause. I promptly went from a deep sleeper to someone that could not be comfortable on my bed in any position or place on it. I was also a little anxious at night and I had an anxiety attack at the hairdresser too 😕 . Unbelievable, I suddenly could not be under the dryer. These attacks came on so suddenly, they had me confused and very scared. This is when I discovered the reality of mental health.
